Fees and terms
We state our fees openly. The first call is free; the session fee depends on the type and length of the session.

Fees include VAT. In-person and online sessions cost the same. Fees are updated once a year, in January.
Session terms
- Cancelling and rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations are charged the session fee; we are flexible in case of illness or emergencies.
- Payment
- Payment is made at the end of the session by credit card or bank transfer. For online sessions, payment is made by bank transfer before the session.
- Invoices
- An e-invoice is issued for every session. If you need a company invoice, please send us your details before the first session.
- Arriving late
- Sessions end at the scheduled time; time lost to late arrival cannot be made up. If an online session is cut short by a connection problem, the remaining time is rescheduled.
- Health insurance
- Private health insurance cover for psychological counselling varies by policy. We provide the invoice and any documents you need; you claim the payment from your insurer yourself.
- Free first call
- The 15-minute first call, by phone or online, is free and does not commit you to an appointment.
